We do not store, review, or otherwise access these campaign details or any lead-generated outputs on our own servers, unless explicitly stated otherwise. The third-party advertising service providers process your data in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies.

2. User Responsibilities

2.1 Legal Compliance

You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

2.2 Lead Generation and Campaign Content

You acknowledge that any content generated by the AI for lead generation campaigns is the result of processing your inputs. You remain fully responsible for the legality, reliability, and appropriateness of your inputs and any resulting outputs. You will not use the Platform to create or distribute unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

2.3 Data Accuracy and Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that all data you provide for lead generation campaigns is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with applicable data protection laws including but not limited to GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM Act.

3. Service Delivery and Performance

3.2 Delivery Timeframes

While we employ advanced targeting and qualification processes, we cannot guarantee specific conversion rates, sales outcomes, or business results from delivered leads.

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its algorithms, processes, and proprietary technology, remains the intellectual property of Nanolink. Users retain ownership of their input data and campaign content.
